Meet Esme

Sweet, gentle, beautiful and full of love. Esme is a lovely girl who has had her struggles in life and truly just wants someone to love her and give her the time and attention she deserves. This beautiful soul will sit and wait and watch you with her gorgeous eyes until you come close to give her pets and belly rubs. She is a quiet girl who loves to play. She will chase a string toy and play with your shoe laces. Esme is quite honestly a perfect companion.
Miss Esme has had a bit of a journey since she left the OC Shelter in December of 2020 to join us at HOBC. She has had few gastrointestinal issues that have been ongoing. She is a bit of a medical mystery when it comes to her little tummy, however this girl always bounces back from her rough days and gives all the love in the world. We are looking for a special foster (possibly long term or forever) or adopter willing to work with us on her chronic tummy concerns and will need some patient upkeep. We promise that her sweet heart is worth every bad tummy day she may have!
